Shipping Costs You can calculate each product's shipping costs before checking out: click on the shipping tab on the product page, enter your zip code in the shipping calculator, click calculate, wait a few seconds and the shipping costs will appear on the page.
If it says in the shopping cart "cannot calculate tax and shipping" please check on the bottom of the checkout pages and/or on the home page for the message stating when will we begin to accept orders again.
Where it states free shipping it is for the continental USA only . International orders and orders from Canada, Hawaii & Alaska will have additional charges. Please email us for a quote to ship to your destination.
After your order is completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will contain your order number. This email is your receipt, so please do not delete it. We encourage you to review the email and contact us if you notice any mistakes in your order.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 12 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your email address and phone number in all correspondence.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and has left the warehouse, we will send you another e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment by visiting www.ups.com or www.fedex.com . Please note that we will only notify you via e-mail.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to New Jersey.

Modify Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.
Inspect Your Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply refuse to accept the delivery, stating contents damaged upon inspection and email us. We will replace that item at no additional cost to you. If you do not immediately inspect your shipment for damage at the time of delivery, keep all packaging and email us within 3 days of arrival of the specific damage with supporting pictures. We will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped out to you. If an item is found damaged beyond repair we will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company and issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without a Return Goods Authorization Form the replacement claim that we made with the shipping company on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied claim with the shipping company and replacement or refund will not be issued.
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, Qualitytoys.com will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 14 days of purchase. We must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of the part or item claimed to be defective. If returning item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be accompanied by a return goods authorization number or it will be refused. All returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.
After this time period, any product still covered under the manufacturer's warranty needs to be sent back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible to contact the manufacturer and send back the product directly to the manufacturer. Quality Toys does not assume responsibility in any way for the manufacturer's warranty.
Money Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from us, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges that were incurred. If the product you are returning had free shipping on it, we will deduct our shipping cost from the amount refunded to you. There may also be a restocking fee if the manufacturer charges a fee for your item. You can contact us to find out if a restocking fee will apply for your particular product. Every return must be new, unused, in resellable condition and have all original packaging and cartons. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal items, such as water products, costumes etc. The manufacturer's full warranty will apply.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number before sending back goods. We cannot credit your order if you return it without an RMA number.
Please Note: Special orders such tennis tables or X-Treme scooters, EVO Scooters, ScooterX scooters, Wheelman G-Wheel Gas Skateboards and all gas and electric scooters and skateboards, and battery powered units are not returnable or refundable. The manufacturer's full warranty will apply.
