The Difference Between the JumpSport Trampoline Models

SoftBounce
This SoftBounce trampoline is only available in 14’ It has 80 springs, 7” long. It gives a softer deeper bounce then our other trampolines. It is meant for younger lighter children or children without a lot of trampoline experience. The suggested enclosure with this trampoline is the 280. It is our baseline enclosure. It has a strap at the top and bottom attaching via bungees to the pad. The net itself is a two by two weave in a diamond shape.

StageBounce
This trampoline is available in 12’ Stage Bounce and 14’ StageBounce. It has 8.5” springs for the 12’ it has 80 springs and in the 14’ has 96 springs. In the model the v-rings that attach the springs to the trampoline alternate in size so the springs all do not engage at the same time, so your body does not feel the impact of all the springs at once. The suggested enclosure for this is the 380. This enclosure has all the benefit of the 280 plus an extra strap and bungee on each pole creating a suspension system that allows the user to bounce off the net (not that we ever suggested anyone do that)

.PowerBounce
The PowerBounce Trampoline is the StageBounce trampoline with an extra spring assembly that makes it a bouncier trampoline. For the 12’ PowerBounce it comes with an additional 20 spring assemblies and the 14’ PowerBounce comes with an additional 32 spring assemblies. With this trampoline, we suggest the 480 enclosure . The 480 has all the benefits of the 380 with a thicker net, it has a 3x3 weave (rather than the 2x2 weave)

JumpSport Elite
The JumpSport Elite line comes as a unitized system. The poles are but on with a through bolt to the trampoline (unlike traditional JumpSport where the net is put on with a set of u-bolts). The Elite is basically one trampoline system that comes in various sizes . All of them have thicker steel and padding then the tradition JumpSport and the warranties for the trampoline reflect that. Additionally, since the net has an interior mounting, there are less bungees and therefore less maintenance costs for the Elite. The actual trampoline bed and spring counts are the same as the StageBounce, so if you close your eyes and jumped on the two you would not feel a difference. The difference is in the performance of the padding and frame as well as the net. The Elite net does not allow people to bounce off the nets as you see in many online videos. It holds the jumper in and cradles them down to the black jumping surface.
