Morgan Cycle warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from receipt by the original end-user purchaser, proof of purchase from authorized Morgan Cycle retailer required.

If Morgan Cycle receives notice of any above-defined defect during the warranty period, Morgan Cycle will, either, at its option, repair or replace products which prove to be defective, with new or equivalent to new parts.

Should Morgan Cycle be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount of time, the customer's alternative exclusive remedy will be a refund of the purchase price upon return of the product.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from: misuse; unauthorized modifications; operation or storage outside the environment specification for the vehicle; in-transit damage; and improper maintenance.

All returns must be in the original box with the original packing. To report shipping damage, call within 3 days of receipt of shipment to arrange repair or replacement.

Morgan Cycle makes no other express warranty, whether written or oral, with respect to this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the above stated 30 day duration of the written warranty.

Some states, provinces or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, or province to province or country to country.
